Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of text2vfx products, including the web app, APIs, and host-application integrations.

1. Acceptance

By using text2vfx, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend access when required to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

3. Billing and usage

The extension is free to install. Paid usage is measured in generation seconds according to your active plan. Current plan tiers are 250, 500, and 1,500 seconds per billing cycle, with usage tracked server-side for auditability.

4. Generation limits and model policy

Maximum clip duration per job is 5 seconds unless explicitly documented otherwise. Default generation routing and available models may evolve over time as we add support for more platforms and providers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use text2vfx to violate law, infringe rights, abuse platform systems, or generate prohibited content. You must have rights to all uploaded source media and references.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your source media. text2vfx retains rights in the service software, infrastructure, and platform IP. You grant us the limited rights required to process and return your jobs.

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, improve, or deprecate features as the product evolves from Adobe-first workflows to broader editor support.
