Is the extension free to install?
Yes. Installation is free. You only pay for generation usage based on your active plan.
How is usage tracked?
Usage is metered server-side in billable seconds, with immutable ledger records for auditability.
Platforms
Which apps are supported right now?
text2vfx currently supports Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with more host platforms planned.
Limits
What is the clip duration limit?
The current hard limit is 5 seconds per generation job.
Workflow
Do I need to export footage before generating?
No. The workflow is designed around timeline selections inside your editor.
Can prompts be enhanced automatically?
Yes. Prompt enhancement is optional and does not block generation if skipped.
Security
Where are media files stored?
Input and output assets are stored in cloud object storage and served with short-lived signed URLs.
