1. Information we collect

We collect account information (such as email and authentication identifiers), subscription and billing records, usage telemetry, and files you upload for generation (for example, input clips and generated outputs).

2. How we use information

We use data to authenticate users, deliver generation jobs, enforce usage limits, improve reliability, detect abuse, and provide support. We do not use your private project files for public marketing without explicit permission.

3. Storage and processors

We store operational data in managed infrastructure and use third-party service providers for hosting, storage, queueing, authentication, model inference, and billing. Data processing is limited to service operation and security.

4. Retention

We keep account and billing records as required for legal and operational purposes. Media assets may be retained for product functionality, troubleshooting, and customer-requested access windows, then deleted or anonymized based on retention policy updates.

5. Product scope and future platforms

text2vfx currently focuses on Adobe workflows and may expand to other editing platforms. This policy applies to all supported hosts and integration points unless superseded by platform-specific notices.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal obligations and fraud prevention requirements. To submit a request, contact us at hello@text2vfx.com.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational controls to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfect; if a security incident affects your data, we will notify impacted users according to legal requirements.
